PestFriend, including this website, any mobile application, and all related outputs, calculations, suggestions, records, and AI-generated content (collectively, the "Tool"), is provided solely for general informational, educational, operational planning, and recordkeeping support purposes. The Tool is intended to assist pest control operations, but it does not replace professional judgment, product labeling, manufacturer instructions, regulatory compliance, or applicable law.
Label Compliance
The label is the law. Pesticides and other regulated treatment products must be used strictly in accordance with their current EPA-approved label, any EPA-approved supplemental labeling, applicable Safety Data Sheets (SDS), manufacturer instructions, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances.
If any information provided by the Tool conflicts with a product label, supplemental labeling, SDS, manufacturer instructions, or applicable law, those sources control.
